International shipping is not available at this time.

Delays & Carrier Responsibility

Under Australian Consumer Law, we are responsible for ensuring your order is delivered within a reasonable time. If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and supporting photos (if applicable).
